Hello. I Was Recently Diagnosed With Breast Cancer, Stage 1

Hello. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, stage 1 lobular invasive,ducal institute on right breast only. I had bilateral mastectomy Feb7, HER 2- negative, nodes negative. Started on hormone therapy . My question is this: I have an identical twin sister. Would her risk be very similar to my diagnosis? Thank you
