Hello, I was recently diagnosed with pinched nerve in my lower spine in late December early January the last couple of days I have been experiencing more pain then usual in my legs, arms and back and now my legs and feet are swollen. What could that mean? My hips even hurt really bad. I also suffer from migraines that has been bad lately as well
