Hello. I Was Riding Home In My Bike Late Two

Hello. I was riding home in my bike late two days ago. It was extremely cold and ever since then iI've felt really bad. I've had shaking chills, stabbing headache behind my ears and now all over, cold then hot then really cold again, some diarrhea and some vomiting. What is going on with me? Please and thank you.
