Hello! I Was Running Through The Woods And Ended Up

Hello! I was running through the woods and ended up hitting the ground pretty hard, nothing hurt alot at first but I seem I sprained my wrist but there is alot of uncomfort in the middle of my hand and in all honesty my pinky knuckle is gone, is it possible that it pushed in? No major pain at all and feel normal until I clench/extend. I am not trying to go to the doctors unless I need to so I came here first, thanks!
