Hello I Was Seen In The ER On June 4,

Hello I was seen in the ER on June 4, 2015, for cough and SOB and was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. I was given albuterol and prednisone. I have followed up with my primary care doctor 1 week after going to the ER and was told it was viral. My symptoms remained and on July 6, 2015 to the ER because I began having chest pains on my right side. They did chest x rays which showed an enlarged vein and an EKG that was abnormal. I also had an Eco done which was normal. I still have the cough, SOB and pain on the right side of my chest that radiates under my right arm to mid back. What could this be?
