Hello I Was Sick About 2 Week And 2 Days

Hello I was sick about 2 week and 2 days ago. My throat hurted and I was dizzy, so I thought it was just a regular cold or something. I felt better in 4 days but my throat felt a little weird. It was red and it had this bump on the right side of it. So I thought I should just wait Untill it gets better and it still felt the same. I checked my throat again and saw two white spots on each side and two bumps on each side. They wherent big at all just a small bump but the right side was bigger. Then I went to the emergency room and they gave me antibiotics to take for 10 days, every 8 hours. I honestly didn't take them every 8 hours because I had to get up in the middle of the night or I had to stay after school. But yeah I still took it. I just got done today at 3:45 taking them. They didn't feel scratchy or anything, it wasn't red, no white spots, but the two bumps where still there. Is it normal? I had the paper from the doctor telling me what I had and all I REMEBER was reading *swollen tonsills* and I looked it up. It kinda looked like what I had but my bump was smaller. So I don't know what to do. Should I go to the doctors again or what? And I'm 13 by the way.
