Hello. I Was Sideswiped With Stomach Flu And 103 Degree

Hello. I was sideswiped with stomach flu and 103 degree temp last monday. never vomited. just brown maroon watery stool that appeared quite often throughout 2 days, yet has slowed yet remains consistant to today. I have tried pepto, Kaopectate, ginger tea. I can hold throughout day and then a release occurs upon returning home. same consistency, going on day 10.
