Hello, I Was Stung By Something (wasp, Flying Ant, Maybe

Hello, I was stung by something (wasp, flying ant, maybe a bee) on Weds morning on my upper left rib cage (directly under the arm pit, right below where a sports bra would sit) and while it hurt (sharp stinging pain for about an hour), it went away shortly after, although would crop up a few times over the afternoon. Woke up on Thurs, it had swollen out to 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch (pretty obviously distended and now is a large red area about two inches tall and 5-6 inches wide. Wonder when I need to head to urgent care, as of now (Friday afternoon) still there, itching like crazy and still very swollen.
