Hello I Was Suppose To Have Surgery And Couldn't My

Hello I was suppose to have surgery and couldn't my hemoglobin was 10.3G/DL 7& my red blood count was 3.61 10:6/ul ..the dr I saw said I need to have platlet 30 min before surgery & 1 unit after surgery & to keep in surgery in case I need more ... need a second openion....Do u feel safe for me to have surgery
