Hello, I Was Taking Clindamycin For A Wound Infection. I

Hello, I was taking Clindamycin for a wound infection. I began getting a rash that is red and prickly on my lower back, and is now on my upper back and shoulders (although not as bad as the lower back). Do you think this is an allergic reaction? If so, I also have a prescription for Cetirizine, do you think I should take this to see if the rash clears up?
