Hello I Was Told I Have Pagest Disease As Well

Hello I was told I have Pagest Disease as well as fibromyalgia and was hurting from the middle of my toes all the way up to my thigh. My knee was the side of a softball, what meats should I avoid. I do know when I eat red meats and pork it flares up. The last medication I had was called Reclast and it was too much for me. It seems the doctors don't know what o do besides tell me their sorry for my pain and they can give me something to sleep at night...Any suggestions?
