Hello! I Was Very Recently Prescribed Adderall. I Took It

Hello! I was very recently prescribed adderall. I took it once (15mg) around 10 days ago and it felt like too much. I also noticed some vaginal spotting (brownish) for a few days following. My last menstrual cycle ended on the 6th. Today I tried taking 10mg this morning around 10am and I just went to the restroom and I've started bleeding (bright red). Mild abdominal discomfort as well, not quite cramping but a bit of uncomfortable bloating. Is this the adderall or do I need to go see my OBGYN?
