Hello I Was Wondering I Should Go To The Hospital

Hello I was wondering I should go to the hospital or not... I'm 15 years old and I tried a new eyeliner about two days ago and noticed my eye was itching a lot so I took off the eyeliner with baby oil and then the next day I noticed my left eye was very swollen and my vision was foggy in that eye. It also hurt to blink. I noticed a bump on the inside of the upper eyelid. I tried putting both hot and cold things on it and there was no result. I think it might be a stye but when I woke this morning it was more swollen and even more painful to blink. On top of that I have a fever of 101.7 and a runny nose. My eye is also very buggery. If concerned that it can be pink eye. What should I do
