Hello, I Was Wondering Could I Get Some Help With

Hello, I was wondering could I get some help with issues I am having. I recently took the plan b tablet twice in the same month I had a bit of a bleed both times. The last time I blead was a week after taking the plan b it lasted 3 days I was wondering was this my period or just from taking the tablet? And is there anyway I could get pregnant even though I took the plan b both times within 24 hours after having sexual intercourse?
