Hello I Was Wondering Exactly Why I Have Always Loved

Hello I was wondering exactly why I have always loved to rock back and forth for hours on ened ever since I was very very young Iam currently 25years old and still rock for hours on in. Along with rocking I tend to wiggle my foot quiet ofter I believe it it a stress thing im not to sure I was wondering if you had any insight as to why thank you!
