Hello, I Was Wondering If I Definitely Should Get My

Hello, I was wondering if I definitely should get my tonsils removed if one of them are swollen. I did went to the doctor to see if I can get it removed but the doctor kept declined. After I eat or drink, I have hard time breathing for a moment. I do feel like it's getting worse. This is my fifth time having them swollen a year so far.
