Hello, I Was Wondering If A Pulse Rate Of 124

Hello, I was wondering if a pulse rate of 124 after a hot shower is reason for concern? It has been a few months since I checked it but it was running between 95 and 100 on a regular basis when I was checking it a few months ago. My blood pressure was 100 over 67 this morning when my pulse was 124.
