Hello, I Was Wondering If It Would Be Safe To

Hello, I was wondering if it would be safe to have a mini neck lift after having acustic neuroma surgery 20 years ago. My face has only a very slight weakness on my right eye brow which I never would have noticed if the neurosurgeon had not mentioned it. I have sagging skin under my chin which I would like tightened up. Thank you
