Hello, I Was Wondering If The Small Pox Vaccine Used

Hello, I was wondering if the small pox vaccine used by the Army survive say in a water bottle? Let me go further. I would frequently put my bandaid from my vaccine site into a water bottle. One night I accidently drank said water from a bottle that had a recent bandaid. This was back in 2013 when I went to Afghanistan. I am wondering if by drinking that water did I expose my self to something or just strengthen my vaccine response. Thank you
