Hello I Was Wondering What Can Make You Have A

Hello I was wondering what can make you have a false positive drug test that comes up as meth?... I don't do meth .. Never have and never will but I failed two drug tests and I don't understand why. I know I was sick with the flu for two weeks beforehand.. Can any over the counter meds can give u a false positive
