Hello, I Was Wondering What My Options Are. I Have

Hello, I was wondering what my options are. I have Sciatica and went to a chiropractor for about 2-3 months 3-2 times a week and then I wen to my regular Dr and she gave me Steroids for a week and for that week I felt amazing maybe a little more than a week. Now my pain is back. I take Ibuprofen 800 occasionally for it because I heard that to much is bad on your liver. Please help.
