Hello, I Went In To Have A Spermetocelectomy Done 4

Hello, I went in to have a spermetocelectomy done 4 months ago, and urologist decided to make sure I never had trouble with hydrocele, even though did not have one before. I am still in a great deal of pain and discomfort which makes sleeping very difficult. The inner part of the scrotum is now attached in a couple of places to the outer, there is a constant pull in the groin area, a painful lump about half way down the testicle, and getting referred? pain into my other testicle and thighs. Urologist has basically said to get used to it and not to bother him again unless I want the testicle removed. Do you have any advice?
