Hello. I Will Be 6 Months Post Kidney / Liver

Hello. I will be 6 months post kidney / liver transplant tomorrow. I'm doing rather well, other than my white blood count is really low. I am having issues with my back. I can not stand very long for I'll have back pain. I have gain a considerable amount of weight . Is this normal? Is this due to the medication or is it all me ? I feel that this is not something I should complain about. I do need to get into shape to get healthy
