Hello I Will Start Taking Goodova And Evalon From Tomm

I will start taking goodova and evalon from tomm as prescribed by my doc.
I will completed 40 last month and am on thyronorm 50 and gluconnorm sr 500 for a year now. My thyroid is normal and sugar in control. I also take a tablet of folic acid (twice a day) and multivite tablet. I do take walks as much as possible and drink a soup of spinach carrots and beat everyday. Eat healthy (oats etc) take walks and am active around the house.
Is it a good idea to wish for a healthy baby now .... An awesome sibling for my 10 year old awesome daughter ...
