Hello, I Will Try To Be Brief Here. 35 Year

Hello, I will try to be brief here.
35 year old male, with high levels of calcium in blood - 11
high PTH in blood - 150
Bone density scan showed low density in forearms. Normal elsewhere.
I feel as if I have most of the symptoms of hyperparathyroidism, and that corrective surgery would greatly help me.
However, my endocrinologist seems to be trying to point towards FHH instead, possibly to avoid surgery costs, or just inexperience. I feel as if I have done enough research to know she is wrong.
Have not done creatinine/calcium urine tests yet, doing those right now actually.
Sestamibi scan showed negative for any benign tumors, although I know those can have false negatives.
I am having an ultrasound done on my neck tomorrow.
Does this not sound like a textbook case of hyperparathyroidism? I believe the odds of it being FHH are only 1%, and hyperparathyroidism 99%. I really want to have the surgery done if it is needed, rather than wait and see if it kills me after many more years.
Thanks!
