I woke this morning with a throbbing/pulsing sensation in the middle of my right foot. It has since ceased. There is still a pain in the right side of my shin on my right leg. I am an avid walker. I walk 3 miles daily. My shins have ached before but this pulsing was new. It was not painful, just uncomfortable enough to make sleeping difficult.
