Hello.. I Woke Up On August 8th With A Shiny

Hello.. I woke up on August 8th with a shiny slightly red spot on my penis, near the head but directly underneath.. It is completely flat, doesn't itch or hurt in the least.. It's just there.. Sometimes it looks better than others and other times it looks worse.. My wife has suffered from yeast infections so I'm curious if that could be it..when the skin is slightly stretched and under a light you can really see how shiny it is.. Any ideas?
