Hello, I Woke Up This Morning And Noticed My Left

Hello,
I woke up this morning and noticed my left arm was feeling tingly and my left hand feels tingly and numb. My pinky finger and finger next it are totally numb and am unable to straighten them out. They are completely numb . I'm unable to pick anything up.
