Hello, I Woke Up Yesterday With What Felt Like A

Hello,

I woke up yesterday with what felt like a sharp pain in the arch of my right foot closer to my big toe, but still more located in the arch of my foot. Throughout the day it was a dull ache, and also throughout the night. I have woken up again today with server sharp pain in the same area. Even when elevated, just lying down I can feel the sharp pain constantly. It even hurts at the top of my ankle now. I can't walk on it. And pointing my toes is so very painful. Please help!
