Hello! I Would Like To Ask A Question Regarding A

Hello! I would like to ask a question regarding a scab on my breast near the nipple but on the outside of the areola (I think). It causes an itching sensation and usually appear once a year on either breast. There is no pain or bleeding, but the scab is dry and sometimes right before it goes away, it looks to have small whelps on it.
