Hello, I Would Like To Ask About Pain That I'm

Hello, I would like to ask about pain that I'm having in my soctrum but I'm not sure what exactly is causing me the pain whether ot's the testicles or epididymis or something else. But I tried pressing my testicles but didn't feel pain but when I press the things on the under side I felt pain that has been bothering me. On a note this started after a night sleep after a very long session of masturbation and edging that was about 20 hours. The pain is not constant it only happens after I press the thing under my testicles (I don't know the exact name) but instead it's kind of mild numbness that I'm feeling
