Hello, I would like to know if excessive tightness of the vagina causing inability to insert tampons or any fingers, resulting in soreness and pain is treatable. My pubic bone is also extremely low. Almost touching my rectum . There is a high chance I may have hypertonic pelvic floor muscles from suffering a hard fall When I was had I was younger. I'm 17 and wondering if this is curable as I know sexual inter course will be currently impossible for me.
