Hello, I Would Like To Know If Having Histoplasmosis Can

Hello,

I would like to know if having histoplasmosis can cause a decrease in immunity and some exercise intolerance?

I have had surgery, half of my mass was removed the other portion was inacessible. I am not on medicine for this as my labs did not indicate the need.
