Hello, I Would Like To Talk With A Ear Specialist.

Hello,
I would like to talk with a ear specialist. A few weeks ago, I had a big cold with fever and used Sinus rince to unbloc my nose. My left ear blocked and after three days I decided to see a ear specialist. She said there was no liquid behind my ear drum and that the problem was in my inner ear. She prescribed antiviral and cortizone.
It helped but I still have an important hearing loss. After one week, I used sinus rince again and my year blocked a little more for a few hours. The doctor sais that it was impossible that sinus rince could have put water in my inner ear, but it is clear to me there is a direct link between loss of hearing and the use of sinus rince. If I blow my nose now, it pops in my ear. Is there anything I could do and do you thhink I should get a second advice?

Thank you very much
