I'am 37 years old pregnant, am suffering sever constipation , am eating a good amount of fruits veggies and water per day , am taking fiber powder in juice twice a day and 1 stool softener, and sometimes I used from 1 to 2 fleet glycerin suppository.
But my stool is very hard and i'am pushing it do bad, also I feel that I have now anal fissure or tear which is makes me scare from going to toilet .
I need a quick solution pls , thanks in advance
