Hello I'd Be Grateful For You Advice. I'm Sick With

Hello I'd be grateful for you advice. I'm sick with a bad cough with muck on chest, taking Amoxil antibiotics three per day, and using Ventolin puffer a few times each day, mainly through the night every few hours, as when I lie down, I can't breath . My head is aching from all the coughing, and I feel exhausted from not getting enough sleep and coughing a lot. Is it safe to use Panadol for the headache, along with these other medications? Or is there a danger of using too many medications?
