Hello, I'd Like Some Advice On Varicose Veins On Inside

Hello, I'd like some advice on varicose veins on inside left knee that have begun hurting when i get up. The past 4 years: no health issues at all. Pregnant with first child, breastfed for 2.5 years, stopped when 4 months pregnant with second child, now breastfeeding again (bubs is 6m old). Both pregnancies i could see the vein in my left leg but both times it went away after birth. But it's come back over the last month and hurts when i get up. I take swisse ultivite multivitamins daily and eat well. I am 40 and my mother does not have varicose, father has bigger veins in legs.
