Hello, I’d Like To Ask About Some Symptoms I Had

Hello, I’d like to ask about some symptoms I had the other night. I fell on a curb after some drinking. I remember everything that happend before the fall, but then I couldn’t remember much clearly and had difficulties walking and talking. My head was also bleeding, so I went to a doctor who stiched it up, but no tests were run. Do you think it could be a concussion or was it just intoxication?
