Hello, I'll Get Right To The Point. 37, Three Kids

Hello, I'll get right to the point. 37, three kids 12,9,and 23 months. Had tubes tied in Nov 14. Periods were fine and very regular. Last period started 20 April. Very light. Now 10 days late, no period. I have just mild uncomfortable little pain on right lower abdomen (like near the pelvic bone). I do have type 1 mild- Von willebrands disorder. What should I do? No pregnancy symptoms.
