I'm 13 years old and have a problem with my penis. I can pull my foreskin back fully when flaccid but not when erect. However, my main problem is that i can't clean under my foreskin. When I or anything touches the head of my penis (Under Foreskin), it is very painful. Even the lightest touch hurts quite a lot. Also, under the foreskin is very, very purple.
Please Help.
