Hello I'm 14 Years Old And I Think I Have

Hello I'm 14 years old and I think I have an infection on my meatus. I have had it for about a little over a month and it is bothering me. It stings but not badly and it only stings sometimes. I have tried putting cream on it but it doesn't seem to make it disappear. Please tell me anything it could be and any treatments, Thank you.
