Hello I'm 16 Nearly 17 And Previously I Have Had

Hello I'm 16 nearly 17 and Previously I have had many occasions where I've passed out and had sever headaches and stroke like symptoms on my right hand side so I was in hospital for a long period of time and everything checked out okay but then had countless episodes of the same sumptoms but after feeling fine for a long time I have began to feel really dizzy constantly feeling like I'm just going to drop to the floor with exaustion but I have been getting enough sleep and I've been drinking the right amounts of water and eating fine and healthy but I've had nausia and fatigue and pins and needles in my right arm and hand and that pain in my head again I feel like the inside of my head on the right at the back goes cold then hot but I mean like the inside like my skull and my right eye seems to be smaller than my left I've also had abdominal pain and burning feeling when I urinate and almost black discharge that looks like clotted blood I've also had problems with tampons as on one occasion the flaps inside the lips have wrapped around the tampon and I've had to have it taken out with a huge struggle by my auntie who is a doctor she said she never seen anything like it and seemed worried .... On another note me and my boyfriend tried to have sex the other week for both of our first times and it wouldn't go in at all is there something wrong with me ?
