Hello I'm 16yrs Old And After A Bowl Movement I

Hello I'm 16yrs old and after a bowl movement I feel dirty and unclean, I have a few ideas to what it possible could be like I have a dimple/hole near the bottom of my anus. or I may be wiping to hard and going inside the anus. But I'm not sure this has been effecting me for as long as I can remember please help!!!
