Hello, I'm 17 Years Old. I Have Bleached My Hair

Hello, I'm 17 years old. I have bleached my hair twice. I used to have long shiny hair. And now my hair literally looks like a old broom. Where I have smooth hair and it ends down with rough, dry and frizzy hair at the bottom. I have tried out many products. And now I'm interested to solve this thing in the most natural way. Also I wash my hair after every day or two day because of too much of oil secretion..please help me out.
