I'm 17 years old (I'm female) and I've noticed lately that whenever I bend my neck forward, I get a tingly feeling and a little numbness in my legs (Sort of like when you sit on a limb to long and it "falls asleep" but it happens when I bend my neck forward..... Should I go to my doctor?
