Hello I'm 18 Years Old I've Been Taking Keppra For

Hello I'm 18 years old I've been taking Keppra for four years and been facing side effects such as hair loss, anger for no reason, anxiety, burning and itching skin and scalp,and more. I been doing research how cannabis oil reduces seizures and has less side effects I get seizures at least twice per year. I just want the side effects to go away and stop and my question is if I take cannabis oil will it stop all these side effects?
