Hello I'm 19 Had A Miscarriage At 10 Weeks When

Hello I'm 19 had a miscarriage at 10 weeks when I was 17 almost 18, ... I'm now 19 and had a positive pregnancy test and had a scan done but they couldn't see any sac or anything, but some fluid out side my uterus on the right side I'm not in any pain ? I get some pains but I don't think their to worry about I'm petrified of needles S having had a blood test
