Hello. I'm 20. My Girlfriend's 30. She Has Been Diagnosed

Hello. I'm 20. My girlfriend's 30. She has been diagnosed with HPV 16/66 due to LSIL. I've had unprotected sex with her only twice, every other time I've used condom. But I've done oral sex with her too. Then I started doing Gardasil vaccination just in case I am a carrier. Because I am afraid I can transmit HPV to my future girlfriend. I did the first shot of Gardasil12 days ago. I've not done oral sex with her since July. She was diagnosed in august/september. I did oral sex with her yesterday. Could that harm in any way my Gardasil vaccination or infect me with HPV in case I'd not been infected yet?
