Hello. I'm 21 Years Old. My Left Testicle Is About

Hello.

I'm 21 years old. My left testicle is about twice the size of the right, hangs lower and has some type of lumps on the side and near the bottom. I'm looking to enlist into the military so I just want to make sure this isn't a serious problem as I know epididymis is a DQ. Tried looking the issue up but haven't found much real pictues that can really help me out.

I really have no pain or odd feeling.
