Hello, I'm 22 And About A Year About I Noticed

Hello, I'm 22 and about a year about I noticed a "pimple" on my right areola it was painful but popped eventually on its own. There still remained a hard like surface lump on my areola that you could roll in your fingers.I started to notice about a month later that bump started rupturing more. It started off as once, then once a week now a year later its starting to get very painful to the point I have no choice but to touch it, when I touch it it pops. Its getting harder. And larger, and more painful? Any ideas as to what this could be? Also. The puss smells, and skin is scaley over it.
